Postpartum Support

  • Daytime Postpartum Support

    For daytime. I offer physical and emotional support for mom while she heals. rests, recovers, and processes her birthing experience. I offer breastfeeding and pumping support. I help parents find a groove and routine so they can navigate the newborn stage. I help with laundry, bottle & pump sanitizing, cooking, newborn education, newborn care, sibling care, and much more!

    4-8 Hour Shifts

    $48 per Hour

  • Overnight Postpartum Support

    For overnights, I provide parents much needed respite. A majority of overnight doulas sleep when the baby sleeps. I provide awake care with no extra fee, meaning I stay awake the entire shift taking care of baby and the household. I provide infant care so parents can focus on restorative rest. I assist mom with breastfeeding and/or pumping throughout the night. I clean and sanitize bottles and pump parts while also doing light housework. Parents can rest knowing their baby is in excellent hands.

The Essentials Package

  • 2 Prenatal sessions (Virtual or in-person)

  • On-call Support from 36 weeks

  • Virtual labor support via phone/text/facetime

  • 1 Postpartum Check-in (Virtual or in-person)

The Complete Birth Package

The Deluxe Birth Package
